Friends from College coming in this weekend!

Awesome! Some people I have not seen in about 4 years will finally come visit me in Chicago. No doubt to gaze at the spectacle that is my life, however it should be great. the list of attendees is:

Meeting with the Alderman of the 28th ward (Update)

So after meeting with the alderman, I was left with the sense that EVENTUALLY, things would be different. I had hoped to establish my organization as a reputable company, I did that. I wanted to open a dialouge. I did that also. I left behind a catalog and my card and emphasized that we were a union shop that employs people in the Lawndale community. This was something that struck a chord with the Alderman. He then offered to come into my facility and tour the plant. That would also give me a chance to show him the insane parking situations we have to deal with on a daily basis.
